The transmission went out in the 2017 Tahoe I purchased from Grote ,600 miles and 2 1/2 weeks out of the 1000 mile warranty period I called the dealership and talked to Ricky to see if they would work something out to help with repairs and was told since I didn't purchase an extended warranty, there was nothing they could do. 300 of the 600 miles I was over is due to the fact that I live in northern Michigan.
Grote was able to get me into the vehicle of my dreams after being turned down by multiple places. I can’t thank Jason enough everything he did that day from explaining processes to me to helping keep my 3 kids entertained. Thank you so much for everything!

I had routine maintenance done for front brakes and rotors. The oil changed with oil filter and the engine air filter changed also. The tire rotation was done. Thank you to the service department excellent job done.

The salesman was very good. I had to take the 2017 Buick Encore a week after purchasing this car and Grote did repair it but now the Encore won't stop sending the evap codes on this car. Replaced the evap sensor twice and the gas cap twice. I have put a 1000 dollars into it. I wish I never bought this car.

The employees were very helpful and treated us well. We appreciated the shuttle to the mall while we waited on the vehicle recall repair. I also had the oil changed and an overall inspection . They changed the dirty cabin air filter which I had no idea that one existed . they did not try and push any unnecessary repairs on me .

Great experience with Grote and my salesman Malik! I appreciate everyone there (sales, financing etc) for making the deal happen on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited and for making it painless as dealerships tend to be a tedious process! Didn't think it would happen getting approved but financing worked magic when others couldn't. I was also able to get 4 new tires out of the deal which never happens, so kudos on that as well. Making an appointment is a very easy process. And the mechanics there are very knowledgeable in their craft. They found the problem with my car in minutes, and gave me a payment plan so that I wouldn't have to pay the full amount that day.
I was told it would take an hour. I was there almost 2 1/2 hrs. I was very pleased that they washed my car and wiped the inside and vacuumed it. That made the wait time better.
Extremely professional! Ms. Megan and Mr. Zach are always pleasant to speak with as they address my needs! Mr. Cooper & Ms. Kat are wonderful as well.
